David Osorio is an attorney at DHG Legal, P.C. based in Southern California. Mr. Osorio focuses his practice on employment law and personal injury cases throughout the state, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination (Fair Employment and Housing Act), whistleblower retaliation, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims.
Mr. Osorio is passionate about worker’s rights, and is a tireless advocate for workers who have been subjected to illegal employment practices, including discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and wage theft.
Mr. Osorio speaks fluent Spanish and takes great pride in helping clients who would normally be left without a voice recover maximum compensation for their cases. Mr. Osorio has experience in all stages and levels of litigation, from the first phone call with the client until successful resolution of the case.
Mr. Osorio received a Juris Doctor from University of California Law School San Francisco and obtained a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies from the University of California Los Angeles. Mr. Osorio is licensed to practice in all California’s state courts and the Central District.
When not assisting his clients in their legal disputes, Mr. Osorio enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys photography and watching Formula 1 with his kids on the weekends.
